Enhanced Common Carrier AD&D–

Common Carrier AD&D upgrade available for accidents while traveling on a common carrier (commercial airlines, trains, buses, etc.) of $100,000, $250,000, or $500,000.

Sports Activity Benefit Upgrades–

Provides coverage if Your Injury or Illness results from the below enumerated sports activities.
NOTE: Any Adventure or Extreme Sport & Interscholastic Sport not expressly covered hereunder is excluded from this policy unless the activity is approved by the company prior to purchase or the activity is non-contact and engaged in by you solely for leisure, recreation, entertainment, or fitness purposes only.  (No professional sports)

Table 1: For Adventure Sports: 

Adventure Sports include but are not limited to: cycling, fishing, swimming, SCUBA diving for certified divers up to a maximum depth of sixty feet and for uncertified divers up to a maximum depth of thirty feet, snorkeling, white or black water rafting Grades 1-3, canoeing, kayaking, zip-lining, water skiing, camping, hiking, backpacking, sailing, boating, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, sledding or tobogganing, snow tubing, ice skating, resort-sponsored activities, and approved activities of the Travel Supplier.  

Table 2: For Bodily Contact, Interscholastic, and Organized Sports:

Bodily Contact, Interscholastic, and Organized Sports include but are not limited to: football, soccer, baseball, wrestling, ice hockey, rugby, and lacrosse.

Bodily Contact Interscholastic, and Organized Sports do not include Adventure Sports and Extreme Sports.

Table 3: For Extreme Sports:

Extreme Sports include but are not limited to: skydiving BASE diving, hang gliding, parachuting, bungee jumping, caving, rappelling, spelunking, white or black water rafting above Grade 3, off-piste skiing or snowboarding, hele-skiing, mountaineering, rock climbing, any high-altitude activity, personal combat or fighting sports, rodeo, racing or practicing to race any motorized vehicle, bicycle, or watercraft, free diving, and SCUBA diving at a depth greater than sixty feet or without a dive master.

Extreme Sports do not include Adventure Sports, Bodily Contact Sports, Interscholastic Sports, or Organized Sports.
