Why we like it:
We like that the IMG GlobeHopper Senior Travel Medical Insurance for seniors (over 65) with pre existing conditions plan has no max age limit. And it has maximum benefit options instead of reducing health benefit amounts for older travelers. (Older travelers are often those who need higher medical benefit limits the most.) It can also cover frequent flyers or those who travel often outside the U.S. each year. And can cover some pre-existing conditions. There is also an annual travel plan with unlimited trips of up to 30 days per trip.
It’s available to U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents who are 65 years of age or older who are actively enrolled in Medicare Parts A & B, and enrolled in a Supplemental Medigap Plan or Medicare Advantage Plan.
We also like that is has a Non-Emergency Medical Evacuation benefit.
